We offer both traditional psychotherapy and Christian counseling.

 

Mindfulness

Mindfulness utilizes meditation, breathing exercises, and guided imagery to focus on the present and decrease distress associated with our thoughts and feelings.

 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy usually referred to as CBT is a collaborative approach to psychotherapy with active participation from both therapist and client. It is used to restructure automatic negative thoughts into more helpful thoughts and acknowledges the interaction of the way we think, feel, and behave.
